•Served as the link between GHARP and the Caribbean Conference of Churches HIV Project to help address the multi-faceted issues in the context of HIV and to encourage an integrated approach to the epidemic among Faith Based Organizations (FBOs);
•Initiated, developed, and supervised HIV prevention interventions targeting young people ages 10–25 based on USAID and Office of the Global AIDS Coordinator (OGAC) stipulations and guidelines;
•Conceptualized work plans for capacity building of FBOs and non-governmental organizations (NGO) to respond to HIV;
•Prepared research reports of publishable quality;
•Collected, analyzed and collated research data relevant to identified program initiatives;
•Prepared monthly, quarterly and annual narrative and financial reports for GHARP;
•Monitored and oversaw the capacity development of and provision of technical assistance to NGOs implementing In-School, Out-of-School and FBO programs.
Key Achievements:
•Developed program audit tool based on OGAC ABC guidelines which was later adopted by FHI, translated to French and utilized by project offices in Africa;

•Collaborated with a consultant and faith-based leaders in Guyana to produce “Faith Matters” a faith-based manual for teachers, trainers and peer educators guided and informed by Behavior Change Communication strategies, spiritual insights and teachings;
•Developed a 12-session curriculum for the GHARP Out-of-School Intervention implemented in seventy-eight organizations countrywide
